God, this is my favorite part of Thanksgiving, ‘cause I get to say what I’m thankful for.

Favorite Jules Cobb Moments (in no particular order) ~ 1.09: “Here Comes My Girl” 

This speech alone epitomizes a lot of the reasons why I love both this character and this show so much.  Jules’ concept of what constitutes a family and her eagerness to express why she’s so thankful for everyone gathered around the table are so indicative of the kind of person she is.  As is the way she fumbles a bit with expressing herself.  She falters and she makes mistakes but ultimately she’s got everyone’s backs — and they’ve got hers.
